Pricing + Budget
How much do your homes cost per square foot?
As a true custom builder, we do not use a standard price-per-square-foot model. Every home is uniquely designed around your layout, finishes, and features, and the way you want to live. Square footage alone doesn't reflect the quality of materials, level of detail, or custom features you choose.
Instead, we provide personalized, transparent pricing based on your specific plans and selections — ensuring accurate, honest estimate tailored to your home - not a generic average that doesn't tell the full story.
Will you help me stay on budget?
Yes. Clear pricing, open communication, and thoughtful guidance help you stay aligned with your goals from start to finish.
Do I need a construction loan?
Most clients use a construction-to-permanent loan. We can connect you with trusted local lenders familiar with the custom home process.
Design & Land
Do you help with selections?
Yes. We guide you through every selection - exterior finishes, interior details, fixtures, flooring, and more — partnering with trusted vendors to make the process smooth and enjoyable.
Will you build on my land?

Warranty & Aftercare
Do you offer a warranty?
Every Integrity home includes:
• 1-year workmanship and materials warranty
• 2-year coverage on major systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical)
• 10-year structural warranty
