Leadership
Justin Honey
— Co-Owner
Justin brings more than three decades of construction experience to Integrity Custom Homes. After gaining experience with high-production builders in St. Louis and Kansas City, he returned to the Four States area and spent 15 years teaching Construction Management at Pittsburg State University.
During that time, he also founded Remington Homes LLC, blending education and hands-on custom building. His depth of knowledge and steady leadership make him a trusted guide for clients throughout the building process.
Curtis Lofland
— Co-Owner
Curtis’ path to custom home building is rooted in both heritage and experience. Raised around residential construction, he developed an early respect for craftsmanship and the people behind it.
After time in roofing, remodels, custom builds, and commercial estimating, he founded Lofland Construction LLC before joining Justin and Doug in forming Integrity Custom Homes.
Curtis brings practical field expertise, leadership, and a passion for building homes the right way.
Doug Pitts
— Co-Owner
With a background in manufacturing engineering and experience in the defense and aerospace industries, Doug brings structure, precision, and financial discipline to the team.
His analytical mindset strengthens project oversight, budgeting clarity, and operational systems — ensuring every home is supported by strong financial management and accountability.
Doug’s steady approach forms the backbone of our internal systems and client confidence.
